40 Plus Fitness

There are many advantages to being fit in middle age. Looking youthful, feeling youthful, and more stamina to enjoy life are just a few. As we know, cardio exercise (that which gets your heart pumping) can be done in three 10 minute intervals per day (i.e., stair climbing) and your fitness results will be apparent in about six weeks.
