Using Role Models to Get Fit After Forty

If you've decided to change your unhealthy lifestyle, get fit and lose weight, one of the first steps you should take is locating people in your life who can act as role models. You know......the ones you admire for their bodies, their personalities, and their focus on good health and nutrition.

That man or woman you work with may be able to give you some very pertinent information on getting fit at 40, 50, 60 years or more. Ask them to tell you what their diets consist of.......if in fact they are people who have recently lost some weight, ask them how they did it. Most people are happy to share their life experience with getting fit again after 40 and you can benefit from this.

If you're a computer buff, it's possible to get all this "mentoring" or "role model" information, much of it for free, online. Try searching for any of the pertinent items relating to fitness after 40. Words like "role models for fitness after 40", "healthy senior lifestyles" and dozens of others will bring you information which can start you on the road to fitness and good health.
